Suggested Use:

Because each person is unique and each body responds differently, dosages will vary from person to person. Begin with a teaspoon of charcoal powder and work your way up (or down) to an amount that your body accepts. To avoid any binding, be sure to stay well hydrated.

1. Carefully add charcoal powder to water in a bottle or jar.
2. Cap the bottle or jar, shake well, and drink.

• May cause temporary darkening of the stool. Does not adsorb food nutrients as coal-based charcoals can do.

POISONING: Standard Hospital Single Dose:

• Child – 15 to 25 gms powder (approx. 1½ – 2½ Tablespoons)
• Adult – 50 gms powder (approx. 5 Tablespoons)
• Carefully add charcaol powder to water (not milk) in a capped bottle. Cap bottle and shake well.
• Drink entire contents as a single dose.
